Special Orders

Special Orders --  We will custom cut  and finish wood products to meet your specifications.  We provide the  personal attention of highly experienced and highly qualified craftsmen for each and every order, from start to finish, to ensure that only the highest quality product is delivered.  These special order wood products are individually priced based on the cost of materials, tooling, set-up, labor, and delivery.  Please contact us with your specifications.  We are capable of handling any special orders.

Boat Wood

Boat Wood --  Is by special order only because the specifications will differ with the boat design and construction.  Some of these orders are for Spruce to construct small (12 - 20 ft) power boat hulls, other orders are for medium and large sail boat hulls. Some orders are for hardwoods to construct the "bright work" (otherwise known as cabinetry, rails, ladders, or decking).  We are capable of handling any special orders.

Airplane Wood

Airplane Wood --  Is by special order only because the specifications will differ with the aircraft design and construction.  Usually the wood is Sitka Spruce because of it's strength and flexibility while still being very light weight.  We have a reliable source of consistently high quality Sitka Spruce.  We are capable of handling any special orders.

Recycled Wood

Recycled Wood Products  --  This is by special order only because of the availability of previously used lumber or timbers.  We do have reliable sources of used lumber, but availability is not consistent in all products.  If you have recycled lumber you wish to have re-sawn, please contact us.  We are capable of handling any special orders.

Custom Milling and Drying

Custom Milling and Drying  --  By special order we can cut your flitches (logs) to your specifications.  We do have reliable sources of used lumber, but availability is not consistent in all products.  If you have recycled lumber you wish to have re-sawn, please contact us.  We are capable of handling any special orders.

Table Tops/ Counter Tops

Table Tops/Bench Tops/Counter Tops --  Is by special order only because the specifications will differ with the chosen wood and size requirements.  We use only waterproof glue in the production of these tops to ensure durability in any environment.  Our microwave glue table with two dimensional hydraulic clamps to ensure a tight and strong glue joint.  We are capable of handling any special orders.
